    Food Success:
The vegetarian dinner was a success from beginning to end except for emotional upsets.

    Summary:
Ria shops (stop motion) and ends up in the park thinking.

Ria and Ruby discuss life and death in the kitchen. Ria says you can tell how important a person is by how much you would miss them if they died.

Russell visits Jeanie. She still doesn't want to get married. She just wanted the baby, not the father. Russell leaves in a funk saying he is glad he was of service (pun intended).

At lunch Adam is amazed that the soup is soup even though Ria has to dish it up twice because he got all the veggies. Russell is depressed and won't eat and Ben gets mad. That gets Russell mad and he says he'll go somewhere else. Adam says Russell's problem won't happen to him because he is in full control of his airplane (sex). After he leaves, Ria says she is swimming like mad to keep up with progress. Ben says he was washed up on shore years ago and would like the old world back, the one Ria describes as roses around the door and padlocks on their knickers.

Adam appreciates the nude poster (she's big) in Russell's room. Russell wants to get his life together and get a job. Adam promotes window washing. Ria comes in and goes into verbal orbit that they have to be polite to Ben no matter what. One cannot always have what they want, she certainly can't. As she leaves she too comments that the poster nude is big. Russell tells her she should do the things she wants to.

Ria calls Leonard but he is out and Thomas answers. She tells him about the diary. Over tea, Ria and Ruby talk. Ruby was chatted up yesterday and they relate the affects of being chatted up and fancied by someone until they both realize they are saying too much.

Ria meets Leonard on the bridge in the park and he starts being mean. She tells him not to hurt her but he says he has been hurt too. She leaves saying goodbye My Dunn. (It was not a pleasant meeting. JTB)

They all have vegetarian for dinner and the food is good. Russell is feeling better now despite Jeanie hurting him. Ria comments that you have to really love someone to hurt them making Ben wonder if she is leading a double life. Adam says if she is he hopes the other guy is a chef. When Ben answers the phone expecting a call, Leonard on the other end says sweetly "Hello Ria." Now Ben is really worried. Ria serves dessert which is good too. She toasts the family being together but Ben doesn't join in claiming to not feel good.

In a forest the next day, Ben catches and lets go a butterfly telling it to go keep an eye on its mate.
