Leonard follows the Mini all the way to London to try and have lunch with Ria on her birthday.

I think this episode had some exceptional subtle acting.

    Funny Scenes:
The boys hurrylunch so they can meet some girls. But backing the Spitfire into the neighbors drive to turn around, they run into his car where he was sitting listening to music.

    Summary:
An alarm clock in a drawer goes off at midnight waking Ben up. It's Ria's birthday (did she set it- JTB?). Ben's present for Ria is to have her drive to London for an afternoon of shopping and he will come on the train later.

Leonard takes a call from Liz. He can't meet her tomorrow because of a friend's birthday but she can come right now. The next morning he and Thomas pull up at Ria's house. They are going to follow her so Leonard can have lunch with her. They follow the Mini all the way to London.

Adam, Russell and Ben have take out fish and chips for lunch. The boys hurry so they can meet some girls. But backing the Spitfire (I used to drive one of those - JTB) into the neighbors drive to turn around, they run into his car where he was sitting listening to music.

At the hotel in London, Leonard surreptitiously follows Ria in and books a room for the night next to hers which is #351. He sends Thomas home expecting to ride home with Ria.

In her room, Ria lays out her's and Ben's clothes. Expecting room service she leaves the door ajar. Leonard comes in and asks her to lunch. The room now worries Ria because it has Leonard and a bed in it. Ria cancels the room service so he won't be seen and Leonard mocks her. Ria says she knows she worries about odd things for a person her age, but if he doesn't like it, he should find someone else.

Ben is dressing to leave, waiting for the taxi. The boys are sitting relatively quietly, apologetic for smashing the neighbor's car.

Ria and Leonard spend the afternoon touring the sites, laughing and having a good time. But Ria has to get back. Leonard, happy for the afternoon but frustrated too, watches as Ria meets Ben at the train station. She is happy too but has a sad guilty experssion on her face as she looks back at Leonard.
